Returns or Exchanges

Here at The Mini Guru, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund/exchange request if you reach out to us directly at info@theminiguru.com.

Our policy lasts for 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your original purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase with every return.

*Kindly note the product must be in the same condition that you received it.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@theminiguru.com.

Sale Items

All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately sale and/or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

*Please note every banking institution has their own individual processing time. You can contact your banking institution for clarity.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account statement. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund request is fulfilled and posted to your account.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary.

If you are shipping a return/exchange costing more than $75, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping label. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
