The Mini Guru was started in the winter of 2020 by Jennifer as an idea to help herself cope with the drastic changes from the unprecedented global pandemic. Every day is a choice and you can either choose to be happy or choose to stay in a constant loop of self talk that might lead you nowhere. She was in a constant state of inertia and was always in her head going back and forth from thinking of herself as being a failure at life and just trying to start being productive, but being overwhelmed by the constant state of guilting herself for not doing anything. She wanted to make herself stickers as nice little reminders that everything will be okay. She wanted to calm herself down by understanding that she can choose to be happy and she was the author of her own book of life.
All of our stickers are printed and shipped with care right here in the Brooklyn, New York. Our stickers are made with a laminate cover to give them an extra layer of protection for a water and weather resistant sticker.
Promoting Mental Health Awareness
Jennifer had been yo-yoing in her mind between the negative and positive aspects of her life. She was in a constant battle to fight the need to go down a negative mental rabbit hole and wanted to stay positive and above it all. Spreading her gifts and what makes her smile that might impact someone to crack a smile or lighten someone up is the main reason she started this company in the first place. She wants to share how she is a regular person who also goes through mental struggles and needs a little help smiling sometimes too. She wants to help support anyone who is going through mental health issues and could use a small pick me up to help them along their journey to a more positive life.
